工作原(yuan)理: 酸霧廢(fei)氣(qi)由(you)風管引入(ru)凈化(hua)塔,經(jing)過填料層(ceng),廢(fei)氣(qi)與氫氧化(hua)鈉吸收液進行氣(qi)液兩相充(chong)分接觸吸收中和(he)反應,酸霧廢(fei)氣(qi)經(jing)過凈化(hua)后(hou)(hou),再經(jing)除(chu)(chu)霧板脫水除(chu)(chu)霧后(hou)(hou)由(you)風機排入(ru)大氣(qi)。吸收液在塔底(di)經(jing)水泵增壓(ya)后(hou)(hou)在塔頂噴淋(lin)而下,最后(hou)(hou)回(hui)流(liu)至塔底(di)循環使用(yong)。 產(chan)品(pin)特點(dian): 1.除塵脫硫(liu)效(xiao)(xiao)率(lv)(lv)高,采用堿性洗滌水時,脫硫(liu)效(xiao)(xiao)率(lv)(lv)可達85%; 2.設備占地少,安裝方便(bian); 3.耗(hao)水、耗(hao)電指(zhi)標較低; 4.耐(nai)腐蝕(shi)、不磨損,使用(yong)壽命長; 5.設備運(yun)行可靠,維(wei)護簡單、方便。 組成(cheng)結構: 噴(pen)(pen)(pen)淋塔(ta)(ta)內填(tian)(tian)料(liao)(liao)(liao)層作(zuo)為氣液(ye)兩相間(jian)接觸構件的(de)傳質(zhi)(zhi)設(she)備。填(tian)(tian)料(liao)(liao)(liao)塔(ta)(ta)底部裝有填(tian)(tian)料(liao)(liao)(liao)支承板(ban)(ban)(ban),填(tian)(tian)料(liao)(liao)(liao)以(yi)亂堆(dui)方式放置(zhi)在支承板(ban)(ban)(ban)上。填(tian)(tian)料(liao)(liao)(liao)的(de)上方安裝填(tian)(tian)料(liao)(liao)(liao)壓(ya)板(ban)(ban)(ban),以(yi)防被上升氣流吹動。噴(pen)(pen)(pen)淋塔(ta)(ta)噴(pen)(pen)(pen)淋液(ye)從塔(ta)(ta)頂經液(ye)體(ti)分(fen)布(bu)(bu)器噴(pen)(pen)(pen)淋到(dao)填(tian)(tian)料(liao)(liao)(liao)上,并沿填(tian)(tian)料(liao)(liao)(liao)表面流下。氣體(ti)從塔(ta)(ta)底送(song)入,經氣體(ti)分(fen)布(bu)(bu)裝置(zhi)分(fen)布(bu)(bu)后,與液(ye)體(ti)呈逆(ni)流連(lian)續(xu)通過填(tian)(tian)料(liao)(liao)(liao)層的(de)空隙,在填(tian)(tian)料(liao)(liao)(liao)表面上,氣液(ye)兩相密切接觸進行(xing)傳質(zhi)(zhi)。 當液(ye)體(ti)沿填(tian)(tian)料(liao)(liao)(liao)層向*動時(shi),有時(shi)會出(chu)現壁(bi)流現象,壁(bi)流效(xiao)應造成氣液(ye)兩相在填(tian)(tian)料(liao)(liao)(liao)層中(zhong)分(fen)布(bu)(bu)不均,從而使傳質(zhi)(zhi)效(xiao)率(lv)下降。因此(ci),噴(pen)(pen)(pen)淋塔(ta)(ta)內的(de)填(tian)(tian)料(liao)(liao)(liao)層分(fen)為兩段,中(zhong)間(jian)設(she)置(zhi)再(zai)分(fen)布(bu)(bu)裝置(zhi),經重新分(fen)布(bu)(bu)后噴(pen)(pen)(pen)淋到(dao)下層填(tian)(tian)料(liao)(liao)(liao)上。 |
