工作原理: 酸霧廢(fei)氣(qi)由風管(guan)引入(ru)凈(jing)化塔(ta)(ta),經過填(tian)料(liao)層,廢(fei)氣(qi)與氫氧化鈉吸(xi)收(shou)(shou)液(ye)進行氣(qi)液(ye)兩相充分接觸吸(xi)收(shou)(shou)中和反(fan)應,酸霧廢(fei)氣(qi)經過凈(jing)化后,再經除(chu)霧板(ban)脫水(shui)除(chu)霧后由風機排入(ru)大氣(qi)。吸(xi)收(shou)(shou)液(ye)在(zai)塔(ta)(ta)底經水(shui)泵增壓后在(zai)塔(ta)(ta)頂(ding)噴(pen)淋而下,最后回流至塔(ta)(ta)底循環使(shi)用。 產品特(te)點: 1.除塵脫(tuo)(tuo)硫效(xiao)率高,采用堿性洗滌(di)水時,脫(tuo)(tuo)硫效(xiao)率可達85%; 2.設備占地少,安(an)裝方便(bian); 3.耗水(shui)、耗電指標較低; 4.耐(nai)腐蝕、不(bu)磨損(sun),使(shi)用壽命長; 5.設備運行可靠,維護簡單、方便。 組成結構: 噴(pen)淋塔內(nei)填(tian)(tian)(tian)料(liao)(liao)(liao)層作為氣(qi)液(ye)(ye)兩相間(jian)接(jie)觸(chu)構件的(de)傳質(zhi)設(she)備。填(tian)(tian)(tian)料(liao)(liao)(liao)塔底部裝(zhuang)有填(tian)(tian)(tian)料(liao)(liao)(liao)支承板(ban)(ban),填(tian)(tian)(tian)料(liao)(liao)(liao)以亂(luan)堆方(fang)式放(fang)置(zhi)在支承板(ban)(ban)上(shang)(shang)。填(tian)(tian)(tian)料(liao)(liao)(liao)的(de)上(shang)(shang)方(fang)安(an)裝(zhuang)填(tian)(tian)(tian)料(liao)(liao)(liao)壓板(ban)(ban),以防被上(shang)(shang)升氣(qi)流吹動(dong)。噴(pen)淋塔噴(pen)淋液(ye)(ye)從塔頂經(jing)液(ye)(ye)體(ti)分(fen)(fen)布(bu)(bu)器噴(pen)淋到填(tian)(tian)(tian)料(liao)(liao)(liao)上(shang)(shang),并沿(yan)填(tian)(tian)(tian)料(liao)(liao)(liao)表面(mian)流下。氣(qi)體(ti)從塔底送(song)入,經(jing)氣(qi)體(ti)分(fen)(fen)布(bu)(bu)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)分(fen)(fen)布(bu)(bu)后(hou),與液(ye)(ye)體(ti)呈逆(ni)流連(lian)續通過填(tian)(tian)(tian)料(liao)(liao)(liao)層的(de)空隙,在填(tian)(tian)(tian)料(liao)(liao)(liao)表面(mian)上(shang)(shang),氣(qi)液(ye)(ye)兩相密切接(jie)觸(chu)進行傳質(zhi)。 當液(ye)(ye)體(ti)沿(yan)填(tian)(tian)(tian)料(liao)(liao)(liao)層向*動(dong)時(shi),有時(shi)會(hui)出(chu)現壁流現象,壁流效(xiao)應造(zao)成氣(qi)液(ye)(ye)兩相在填(tian)(tian)(tian)料(liao)(liao)(liao)層中(zhong)分(fen)(fen)布(bu)(bu)不均,從而使傳質(zhi)效(xiao)率(lv)下降。因此(ci),噴(pen)淋塔內(nei)的(de)填(tian)(tian)(tian)料(liao)(liao)(liao)層分(fen)(fen)為兩段,中(zhong)間(jian)設(she)置(zhi)再(zai)分(fen)(fen)布(bu)(bu)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),經(jing)重新分(fen)(fen)布(bu)(bu)后(hou)噴(pen)淋到下層填(tian)(tian)(tian)料(liao)(liao)(liao)上(shang)(shang)。 |
